I fell in love with the place and I vowed to live here one day<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Hi there! My name is Happy and I’m the founder of this nifty little tour boutique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My love story with Buenos Aires began in 2015, when I visited for the first time. I became enamored with the architecture; not believing that a place like this could really exist in the world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its special blend of Beaux Arts, Florentine, Neoclassical, Neogothic and Neocolonial architecture captured my heart. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And then the culture… I had never seen so many musuems in one city (Buenos Aires boasts 189 museums) or heard of a street with more theaters than Broadway!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The caf\u00e9s… Porte\u00f1os having coffee, debating, in that lovely accent of theirs, everything from world politics to what a superior medialuna tastes like. Their hands swiftly moving about, their voices loud and cheerful. Believe me, these folks are full of energy. And they’re friendly to boot!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, I began traveling every single year after 2015. And in 2019 I dared to dream I could move here. In 2021, that dream became a reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once here, I began walking (my favorite thing to do on earth) and I experienced first-hand just how wonderfully and beautifully walkable this city is. This why Argentinians pretty much wear only sneakers. They walk everywhere!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m currently studying towards my degree to become an “Official Tour Guide of the City of Buenos Aires” sponsored by the Government of Buenos Aires. I decided to do this out of my love for the city and my love of showing folks around and discussing Argentinian identity, history, architecture and just fun BA facts and gossip!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m Chilean (raised in the US) so I speak perfect English and Spanish, I’m an EFL teacher, a published author, a coffee connosieur and I’m also really nice!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
